1. Delivery Time (Total Estimated Time)

To provide you with clear expectations, your total delivery time is calculated as follows:

Total Delivery Time = Handling Time (Production) + Transit Time (Shipping)

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST - Eastern Standard Time).
  • Handling Time (Production): 2–4 business days (Monday – Friday).
  • Transit Time (Shipping):
    • United States: 9–12 business days.
    • International: 12–16 business days
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 
    • United States: 11–16 business days 
    • International: 14–20 business days 

2. Shipment Origin

To maintain strict quality control and offer competitive pricing, all Unineon products are handcrafted and shipped directly from our primary manufacturing facility in Vietnam:

3. Shipping Costs

  • United States: We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders, regardless of the size or weight of your custom sign.

  • International: Enjoy Free Worldwide Shipping on every purchase. No hidden fees—the price you see is the price you pay.

4. Order Tracking

We believe in full transparency. Once your handcrafted sign is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details.

5. Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable global carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery:

  • US Orders: USPS, DHL US, FedEx.
  • International Orders: DHL Express, Yun Express, or local postal services.

6. Delays and Issues

While we strive for on-time delivery, external factors such as customs inspections, severe weather, or carrier peak seasons (e.g., holidays) may occasionally affect timelines. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, please contact our support team for immediate assistance.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently support shipping to a single destination per order.
  • PO Boxes: We can ship to PO Boxes within the US if the selected carrier supports the package size.
  • APO/FPO: Delivery to military addresses is not guaranteed due to carrier restrictions on oversized neon packages.

8. Taxes, Duties & VAT

  • United States: For most orders, import duties are not applicable under the $800 de minimis threshold. However, state sales tax may apply at checkout where required by law.
  • International: For orders outside the US, all duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
